We welcome August with another installment of the series "Cechowa’s Culinary Journeys” We will spend the second part of the holidays in India, a country known for its expressive spices and intense-tasting dishes. Our chef has watched all the Bollywood movies, looked through all the cookbooks and danced millions of dance routines. All to offer you:

CHACHUMBAR • 27
Refreshing Indian salad with aromatic thalipeeth flatbread. With tomatoes, cucumbers, chilli, mint, coriander, cumin, and lemon.

DAL WITH GREEN MUNG BEANS • 24
Dal is a general term for legumes (peas, beans, lentils) and dishes prepared from them. An appetizer prepared with mung beans, ginger, tomatoes, and garlic. Seasoned with chilli, a mixture of garam masala spices and roasted onion. Served with lemon.

CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA • 39
Traditional dish of Indian cuisine. Grilled chicken breast marinated in yogurt with ginger, curry, tomatoes, almonds, coriander, and coconut. Served with basmati rice and aromatic grilled vegetable salad

KHEER • 24
This is the most famous Indian dessert, i.e. rice pudding, served with saffron, cardamom, cashew nuts, almonds and raisins.

Cocktail based on gin infused with jasmine tea. Prepared with watermelon and basil puree, lime juice, kaffir leaf syrup and lemongrass. Perfect for hot weather
